Out of all of the enticing home loan advertisements on TV and the radio, it’s hard to not be tempted to get “house hunting fever”. However, there is one kind of loan that stand out from the est of them, and that’s a USDA loan. For some reason I’m wanting to go and see if I really would qualify for one such loan. If I did I’d be elated because I could live out of the city, which is something I’ve been anting to do for the past six years. I think I’ll make an appointment to see what my chances really are.
