Good Stretches for Intense Lower Back Pain

Try gently stretching your body, including the muscles that surround your core, but try not to overstretch as this can cause additional problems or lasting pain. Do not think of the process as “no pain, no gain” because that motto does not hold true when it comes to the back. The back is what allows us to hold our heads high and walk upright so it’s important to take proper care of your back.
