What to Eat to Boost Your Energy

At my last doctor’s visit, I asked him what I could do to boost my energy. I was always feeling tired and lazy and I wanted to change that since I never used to feel that way. My doctor suggested that I try some energy foods. He suggested that I start drinking nothing but water and eat more fresh fruits and veggies. Oats and lentils would also help me to boost my energy and give me the kick that I needed. When I started doing this, I found an online forum that said eating raw foods would do this for me too. When I started eating raw, I noticed that I not only had more energy, but I felt healthier than ever before.
