The majority of their diets, however, consisted of 65% meat that was organic in comparison to the meat we eat today. Basically, the Paleo Diet excludes all the foods that containing additives, colourings, and insecticides, as well as sugar, salt and any other chemicals that gets put into processed foods as a matter of course. Our ancestors habitually ran a dozen or more miles a day, were taller, stronger and much fitter than we are today.
