My sister and I really love to perform all of those spicy Latin dances. But in order to do the steps just right, our mom had to go out and buy us some properly high platform latin dance shoes, so that we would look like the famous Latin dancers that utilize the same kinds of shoes, to perform their Latin dances in. These shoes have a slightly raised platform, and sometimes the heel is pretty high, but the overall performance of these shoes during Latin dancing, is very conducive to allowing the dancer to create the needed steps in this type of dancing.
