There are so many ways one can Lose Stomach Fat, however most people over look them all.  Green tea is a great way to speed your metabolism up to lose the fat in the belly area.  Other methods include exercise, weight training, eating health, and just maintaining a clear mind and spirit.  Most people who are overweight are depressed.  They turn to food as a way to cover up their depression, and feel good for a little bit.  The problem is that ultimately after the food high is over with they get depressed again and want even more food.  It’s a vicious cycle of Fat.
