Just like buyers some sellers are struck with seller’s remorse and it is one of the worst things that a real estate agent can come across. From an agent’s perspective you get a call from a home owner to list their home for sale. You spend money on advertising and market the property to your buyers. Then you receive an offer that is either close to or for full asking price only to have the seller reject it for any number of reasons. This can often happen if the seller really was not very motivated to sell in the first place and was just trying to test the market.
