I invented an air cooling device and am in the process of getting a patent, however there is a company, who right now wants to partner up with me and help promote my product. My patent is in pending and I am not sure if I want to take the risk of selling my product before it’s approved by pending, or possibly lose the opportunity of selling it. The company wants me to have an answer by the end of the month, but I’m not sure if the patent pending process will be done in time. I hope it is done soon, I can’t wait much longer.
