I am in charge of maintenance of all the machinery where I work. It can be quite frustrating at times because it seems like nobody but me knows how to repair any of the pieces of equipment here. After having a particularly difficult day when several things broke down at once I decided that it was time that all of the workers were provided with some industrial maintenance training. Once I was given the “go ahead” I was able to find a place that would be able to provide all that I had asked for and even some things I hadn’t even thought of.
