Any woman who exercises on a regular basis needs to wear a sports bra during her activities. If you don’t then you are risking injury to your breasts. Exercise and the movement that comes with it results in excessive bounce and with no extra protection this can cause tissue damage. Another consideration you should take notice of is the level of contact in your activity. While a certain sports bra might work well for yoga, it is certainly not the same bra you should be using for basketball. In some cases you will need a padded sports bra for the extra protection it provides to you.
